City of Napa - Sandbag station is in the parking lot near First Street and Freeway Drive. Sandbags will remain available as long as there is a need. Residents should bring a shovel and gloves and plan to fill and transport their own bags.

Albany City Sandbags: As a courtesy during the rainy season, supplies for sandbags are available free of charge. With proof of Albany residency, up to 10 sandbags can be obtained at the City of Albany Fire Department, 1000 San Pablo Ave., Albany CA, (510) 528-5770. Sand can be obtained at the Ocean View Park parking lot, 900 Buchanan St., Albany. Please bring a shovel, as there are none on site. For further information, please contact the Public Works Department at (510) 524-9543.
El Cerrito City Sandbags If you need sandbags to prevent flooding from the street into your driveway, garage or home (in preparation before a storm hits or after the storm has arrived), you can obtain a maximum of ten (10) bags per household at the Corporation Yard with proof of residency. You will need to fill the bags yourself. There is an enclosure on Schmidt Lane at the Corporation Yard located at 7450 Schmidt Lane (across from the Recycling Center). During the winter months, it is filled with sand and empty bags are provided.

Berkeley City Sandbags: Sandbags are usually distributed to each fire station in advance of inclement weather. Many times the fire stations are flooded with requests and run out of bags fairly quick, therefore its always a good idea to call your neighborhood fire station before you come down. Sandbags are also usually available at the City Corporation Yard (Between Allston & Bancroft, west of Acton).
Oakland City Sandbags: City’s Parks Department provides free sandbags and plastic sheeting. Oakland residents can receive a maximum of 20 sandbags and 50 feet of plastic sheeting (per household/business). Sandbags are available at the City’s Municipal Service Center, 7101 Edgewater Dr, or at the Public Works Drainage Maintenance Satellite Office, 5921 Shepard Canyon Rd. Proof of Oakland residency is required to obtain the sandbags and sheeting
